This is to bear testimony to the excellent experience my wife and I have had with the sale of our home to Alliance Home Offer LLC in the summer of 2019.
We were aware that going through an investor would entail a discount from the expected market price, but Alliance Home Offer LLC was eminently reasonable in keeping it within reasonable and acceptable bounds given the constraints we were facing.
They also displayed—and I should note in this respect the warm and helpful assistance of Mohamad Ghandour– remarkable flexibility on the terms, timing and conditions of the transaction, including the convenient option of leasing the house back for a few weeks pending completion of our move out. Contacts with the settlement agent, and the settlement itself, were also handled with speed and efficiency and without the slightest hiccup.
The warmth and ease of the interaction with Chris and Mohamad Ghandour reflect inordinately well on the quality and professionalism of our counterparts. We can only recommend this company to anyone interested in going this route and intent on avoiding the hassle of preparing for a real estate listing, going through agents and their commission and dispensing with the uncertainties related to the timing of sale.
